Edit: I don’t want to be banging around upstairs like a fool so I’ll skip the 6 pack today and do it tomorrow. I added one squat challenge, 2 butt challenges, an ab challenge, and an inner thigh challenge and I’ll attempt to do the 30DS without sounding like I’m letting a pack of elephants loose…
